I'm a licensed therapist, spiritual coach, and channeler with a deep interest in the connection between our inner world and the lives we experience.

My background in trauma and psychology has shown me how deeply our experiences, beliefs, and protective patterns can shape the way we see ourselves.

My spiritual path has opened up another layer of exploration: intention, identity, energy, and our capacity to imagine new possibilities.

I love bringing these worlds together for women who are curious about the mysteries of life and want meaningful, grounded ways to work with their inner world.
